A seasoned expert with over three decades of experience in Preventative Quality Assurance (PQA) for products and processes using the Six Sigma method.I have been leading international teams in the automotive industry managing complex projects in Research, Development, Manufacturing & Service.

My key to success: Identifying the real customer requirements, transforming them into the statistical domain using meaningful key performance indicators and finding out the solutions to lead the projects to a successful outcome.
